$2700 is a steep price for this noisy, ugly corner of Venice.
Culver City denizens have been commenting on the place for a while, wondering how well they are doing at this new development. The ad does have a slight smell of desperation – does anyone out there know the occupancy on this place that has been open to rent for quite a while now?
