Harriet Miers – another nominee where there might end up being little record of her thoughts on the touch-point issues. We definitely know she is a real bushie though.
It’s good to have friends in high places. Qualified applicants not invited. I guess you could look on the bright side: he didn’t nominate a horse lawyer.
